Ticket Information

Ticket Office is open:
Mon - Sat - 9.30am - 7.30pm
(5.30pm on non-performance days).
You can either book in person, over the phone or online.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro and you have the choice of having your tickets posted out to you at a cost of £1 or you can collect them from Ticket Office at no extra charge. Our telephone number is 020 8741 6850.

Ticket Prices
Our ticket prices range from £12.50 - £35 for each show with ALL seats being just £12.50 for the first few performances of every production. See individual show information for details.

Groups of 10+
Groups of 10+ receive £2 off each ticket (excluding premium seats).

School/Colleges
Schools tickets are £12.50 per ticket (£14 for our Christmas pantomime) and Teachers will go free (1 teacher per 10 students).

Free First Nights
People who live or work in Hammersmith & Fulham can get TWO FREE tickets to the first night of all Lyric productions. Tickets are given away on the Friday and Saturday before the first show. Simply arrive at Ticket Office for 9.30am with proof of your home or work address (e.g. a recent utility bill or wage slip. Driving licenses’ are not accepted) to collect tickets.

Play Your Part with a Pound
We don’t charge a booking fee but we'd really appreciate you supporting our work with young people by donating just £1 to us when you make your booking.

Paying with Theatre Tokens
Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by Theatre Tokens over the phone. Tickets can be reserved over the phone and held for up to three days during which Tokens can be redeemed either in person or through the post.

Lyric Children
All tickets are £8 (during Christmas, adults are £10 and child tickets are £8). Buy your Messy Play workshop space with your show ticket for just £12, saving a £1.

Children under 5
Under 5s will not be admitted to a show in the Main House unless the show is specifically advertised as a family show. For children’s performances all children over the age of 18 months must have a ticket.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Exchanges
We will exchange tickets for another performance of the same production if returned to the Ticket Office 48 hours before the original performance date. There is an administration charge of £1 per ticket for exchanges. Please note that we can only action an exchange once we are in receipt of the original ticket.

Re-sales
If a performance is sold out we can endeavour to sell any returned tickets to the waiting list for that specific performance only. A refund will only be issued if the ticket is re-sold. A re-sale will incur a charge of £1 administration fee per ticket.

Return tickets must be handed into the Welcome Desk at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance.

The Lyric reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder admission to a performance if the ticket has been sold for commercial gain.

Ticket Delivery
The Lyric offers the option of collecting your tickets from the Ticket Office or receiving via post for a charge of £1.  

Reservations
Tickets can only be reserved for schools or groups of 10+
