Celebrate the great British Summer Lyric style. In 2007 we danced with umbrellas (even though it wasn’t raining), in 2008 John Hegley brought the humble hankerchief centre-stage, now in 2009 it’s time to stop and smell the flowers with our Bloomin’ Marvellous Summer Party. This will be a fun packed day of shows and activities for all the family created by John Nicholson from Peepolykus and some of London’s best theatre-makers. Write an idea on a flower petal and watch it blossom into a show, film, projection or song. Watch, take part, or help us fill the Lyric with giant tulips.
