Alexander Sitovetsky - Gypsy Violin
Fiery young Russian violinist Alexander Sitkovetsky brings the passion and virtuosity of gypsy influenced music to a specially commissioned concert for Fulham Palace.
Named as a 'Star of the New Century' by the prestigious Strad Magazine, Sitkovetsky, famously a young protégé of Lord Yehudi Menuhin, has been making waves in the world's top venues from USA to Europe to Japan and in his acclaimed (four star rated) new EMI recording. A rising star, Sitkovetsky will perform many of the best-loved gypsy classics including, among others, the famous Czardas, Ravel's Tzigane and Brahms’s Hungarian Dances.
