Jack and the Beanstalk auditions (16+ only)   

We're looking for a group of young people to be a part of the acting ensemble in our Christmas show Jack and the Beanstalk .

You will work with director Steve Marmion on this years Christmas show on the Lyric’s main stage. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a professional company and perform on the Lyric’s main stage in our biggest show of the year!

October Half Term

Duncan Speakman will be working with the Lyric Young Company to create a piece of 'invisible cinema' across the streets of Hammersmith.

Traditional theatre devising techniques will be mixed with the look and feel of cinema to create a micro-documentary of the area. Instead of television screens it will play out on the streets surrounding the Lyric, the audience will hear the soundtrack on portable music players and sometimes they will be become performers themselves.

This is about finding the beauty and the poetry of everyday life.
