The TORCH Project will spark young people’s imagination and enthusiasm for learning. With the highest quality artists and cultural practitioners delivering a diverse programme, the project aims to deliver 150 nationally recognised qualifications to young people.

The range of qualifications on offer, from Arts Awards to Volunteering and Communication/Team working skills, will be centred on the needs of the young people. The project will give West Londoners, furthest from the labour-market, with the skills to become Olympic Volunteers in 2012. Full details of the project will be available shortly.
