Lyric Interactive runs alongside our work on stage and is open to primary and secondary schools, colleges and HE institutions across London and beyond. The programme gives educational groups several ways to engage directly with some of the most innovative and imaginative practitioners working in theatre today.

Lyric Interactive offers valuable insight into the Lyric’s unique brand of theatre for both students and teachers. Workshops, talks, demonstrations and residencies enable students to explore the context, issues and themes of productions; while teacher training and teachers’ resource packs provide teachers with new and stimulating ways of delivering the National Curriculum.

The activities aim to ‘unpack’ the workings of a professional producing theatre, providing young people with an increased understanding of the creative industries and potential career ideas.
