  • Administration Officer

The Lyric Hammersmith is one of the UK’s leading producing theatres. Over its 121 year history it has been responsible for creating some of the UK’s most ground-breaking and acclaimed theatrical productions. At the same time it has gained a national reputation for its work with children and young people. The Lyric reopened in April 2015 following a £20 million capital project which has seen the addition of extensive new facilities aimed at expanding the Lyric’s work with young people, emerging and professional artists across the performing arts. The new Lyric, now home to an innovative partnership of leading arts organisations, has become the largest creative hub for West London.

The Lyric’s dual commitment to producing the highest quality contemporary theatre, alongside nurturing the creativity of young people, and the quality, range and scale of its new facilities, make it unique within the theatre ecology of the UK.

The Lyric is now looking for an Administration Officer to act as a key member of the Lyric’s Administration team. Reporting to the Head of Administration, the Administration Officer will have responsibilities across many of the central functions of the organisation including scheduling, contracting, data monitoring, HR, Board administration, IT and the Lyric’s work in the areas of Green, Equality and Access. The Administration team works closely with the Finance team to provide a joined-up service to the rest of the organisation. Both teams work collaboratively to provide the necessary support and cover for each other.
